Description

EnglisH 101 is designed to develop basic grammar skills for non-native speaker of English. The course stresses written and oral communication as a means of acquiring language proficiency. The grammar skills wil be used in context for both written and oral expression.

The course content is based on verb tenses and their related structures as being essential to oral and writing proficiency. The course will also provide students with opportunities to reflect on the differences between their native language and the English language.
